Possible Fish Oil Side Effects

For most people there will be no fish oil supplement side effect, but there will always be special cases. For example there are those who suffer from numerous food allergies, which may include fish, especially shell fish. Sometimes these sufferers are allergic to one type of fish but not another, only extensive medical testing will determine if that is the case. Hence I have included this free report about various food allergies which I hope will be beneficial to such one's.

Food Allergies

Fish oil side effect may affect those who already have an acid reflux problem or sensitive stomachs. The latest research seems to indicate that the problem may not be too much acid but rather insufficient for purposes of proper digestion. If that is the case then magnesium chloride helps the stomach to produce acid. If you look in any health store for supplements containing HCL or stomach acid, invariably you will see that the main ingredient is called Betain HCL. This means that the acid is derived from the beet family, such as beetroots. Hence drinking beetrrot juice or including more beets in your diet may correct the problem.

If by chance you are not convinced that insufficient acid is the problem behind acid reflux, but rather the popular view is correct, that acids in the stomach need to be neutralized, then the best thing to do is get half a tea spoon of sodium bicarbonate, better known as baking soda, make sure it is alluminium free, place it in a glass of filtered water and drink. You wil feel great!

Hopefully then by applying these suggestions you will be able to take fish oil supplements on a regular basis for your long term health.
